X-THICK CRUST
This machine made product is very uniform in size and

Hand formed in a pan to create the deep dish affect. Thickness is
approximately 3/8" with 3/4" raised edge which does not appear uniform in height

ITALIA CRUST
This product is made with a seasoned dough containing garlic,
parmesan cheese, and olive oil. It is a hand stretched product and is not uniform in size
and thickness. It is topped with a coating of olive oil and a sprinkle of mozzarella

SICILIAN CRUST
Hand stretched product that is not uniform in roundness and
thickness. Thickness varies throughout the product from 1/2" to 1" in various
spots. This gives the product a "homemade" look. SIZES:

CHICAGO STYLE CRUST
Hand formed in a pan (Deep Dish crust) to create the deep dish affect. Thickness is
approximately 3/8" with 3/4" raised edge which does not appear uniform in height
due to the hand forming. This gives the product a "homemade" look. Oregano has been added. This crust is proofed after being formed in the
